After my concealer and foundation, I would use a small fluffy brush to pick up the powder and tap under my eye area to set my under eye concealer. You are supposed to use this as a setting powder to set foundation and concealer (ie baking). The little sifter is also in an H shape just like the full sized jar. This retails for $28, which is not exactly cheap, but if you can’t afford a $73 setting powder (10.5g) and want to try before you commit, you can give this a go. This is a mini size one which is only available at the Mecca Maxim/Cosmetica stores. My friend has been raving about this setting powder and all the Beauty gurus on YouTube have nothing but good things to say about it.
